Boil in sugar solution, seal in sterile, airtight container. Eg jam

Dehydrates food because smoke is anti-microbial.

A
Sealed in an airtight container, heat to sterilise.
E.g milk

A
Store in anti-microbial edible liquid like vinegar. Eg. pickles
