Process for returning to work
A
Cleared by personal physician or OB/GYN
Notify supervisor/return to work program manager. Schedule appoint with PSOHC. Referral to the strenght and conditioning coordinator.
worki hardening and successfully omplete WPE at discretion of PSOHC. Receive med clearance from PSOHC
complete reentry
return to assigned position
