- codeine and oxycodone - avoid in first trimester
- fentanyl ok
- benzos, barbiturates, propofol, nitrous oxide - either no or controversial
- antibiotics CAN USE - penicillin, augmentin, cephalosporins, azithromycin, erythromycin, clindamycin, nystatin, vancomycin, chlorhexidine
- antibiotics NOT USE gentamicin, metronidazole, tetracycline, fluconazole,
