neurogenic tumor (neuroblastoma)
vascular tumor
carotid body tumor
parotid or salivary tumor
plunging radula
lymphagioma -
branchial cleft cyst
Tx: FNA

dermoid cyst - tx is surgical excision
thyroid enlargement - nodule, benign, malignant, goiter - fna/thyroid function tests
plunging ranula
