Adult: [600 mg] IM by auto injector such as the “Mark I” antidote kit. May be repeated in 3-5 mins after first dose

Do not administer rapidly or with doses much higher than those usually administered
MUST BE GIVEN CONCURRENT WITH ATROPINE
Will not work for pesticides of the carbamate class
