Service is a colossal factor which immensely affects consumer decisions. Poor customer service can result in the shopper not returning to the shop and therefore the retailer loses a potential customer. On the other hand, exceptional customer service can promote the store and lead to more potential customers visiting the place. Not being greeted by workers, not being able to speak for themselves, and not feeling like your being listened to are things customers sometimes unpleasantly experience, which are all examples of dreadful customer service. Superb customer service includes things such as being respected, being listened to and being kindly greeted by shopkeepers. Overall, customer service largely impacts consumer decisions.
