Senior Supplier:
The Senior Supplier is responsible for making sure the project remains focussed on the outcome from the supplier�s perspective.
Senior User:
The Senior User is responsible for making sure any sustainability reporting requirements are defined from a user perspective, ensuring that evidential reporting on sustainability is a consequence of progress management, rather than an additional overhead.
Project Manager:
The Project Manager is responsible for escalating a forecast to exceed the stages tolerances, as set by the Project Board when they authorised the stage, to the Project Board via the event-based exception report.
Project Executive:
The Project Executive, on behalf of, and in consultation with the Project Board, will decide whether to authorize the recommendation in an exception report if stage level tolerances are forecast to be exceeded, or provide another decision.
Team Manager:
When the team completes quality activities, Project Support will be informed so that the quality register can be maintained and if appropriate the product baselined.
Project Assurance:
This is one of the Project Board�s assurance responsibilities and therefore undertaken by project assurance.
Project Support:
Project Support help the Project Manager by undertaking these tasks, ensuring appropriate stakeholders, such as programme level, get access to progress reporting information.
