Canadian Practice Process Framework: Framework to guide the therapists action when engaging in therapeutic relationship with a client and facilitates the OTs professional reasoning. Comprised of:

OPPM
Occupational Performance Process Model: Framework to guide the OTs actions when engaging in therapeutic relationship with a client and facilitates OTs professional reasoning. Composed of: 7 stages and a schematic that provides a simple visual representation.
OPIs
Occupational Performance Issues. 2 parts: What and the why.
Targeted Outcome
Statement on the outcome that is negotiated with the client, should include details of who will do what when and under what circumstances, temporal time aspect and what the outcomes to be accomplished are. e.g. In 2 weeks George with be able to shower safely and independently
Action Plan`
Steps laid out of what the action plan will look like with client, includes assessments, grading, adaptations/modifications, clinical reasoning etc.
