before titration procedure

Answer 1

rinse burette, filter funnel and pipette with respective solutions
rinse conical flask with distilled water
top up burette with filter funnel, remove filter funnel and open tap while adjusting volume with tap
fill pipette with pipette filler (parallax + meniscus)
empty pipette into conical flask
place conical flask on white tile below burette

during titration procedure

Answer 2

add solution from burette directly into conical flask while SwiRLiNg
add solution drop by drop when end point is near
SwiRL with addition of every drop
stop titration when one drop of solution causes colour change in conical flask
(remember to re-rinse conical flask !!)
