How do you check if chicken is cooked?

A

Pull apart a section and look at the colour. If it has turned from pink to white it is cooked.

Why is stir-frying a good method of cooking?

A

It cooks vegetables at a short high heat, conserving the vitamin C inside.
The short cooking time reduces the amount of Vitamin C destroyed.
The liquid sauce is eaten with the vegetables, so any vitamin C absorbed in the liquid will be eaten.
