What is the importance of IDP-R2?
To formally communicate to the future tenants and their design and development teams the requirements for the project in relation to sustainable design and construction.

Core and Shell projects
What is required of Independent Cx Agent as part of IDP-R3?
Report to the project owner; Engaged as part of design team; Min 2 years experience; Can be an employee of one of the companies in the project as long as not involved in the project design and/or contruction

Project specifications and construction contracts or provide a Cx Plan
When is Cx Plan provided?
At building construction completion

When should be the right stage to start LCC analysis?
During concept design

Evaluate and compare various design options
The guest Worker Accomodation Plan should address what?
Provision for accomodation; On going maintenance plan; Inspection schedule and auditing mechanism; formal protocol

Prepared according to EAD-CEMP Technical Guidance Document and either approved by EAD or peer reviewed by EAD approved and registered consultant
When is the implementation of IDP-5?
Re-commissioning after 1 and 2 years
