Pathology of toxoplasma?

A

The trophozoites directly destroy host cells, especially parenchymal and reticuloendothelial
cells.
Lymph node infection, local hypersensitivity, blood vessel blockage.
Abortions, stillbirth, chorioretinitis, hydroceohalus
