stabilization = positioning, bed mobility, toileting, transfers, preventative/maintenance, feeding
Acute care (max 2-3 weeks) - fall w/ head injury, stroke, car accident
Subacute - elective
Intervention @ rehab facility
functional mobility = transfers, endurance, cognition
2-4 wks
Intervention @ home health (can include retirement home or assisted living)
