What is a section 32 PACE search (Premises not person)?
You may enter a premises and search where arrested for an indictable offence or was immediately prior to arrest for evidence to THAT offence or have RGB that evidence relating to THAT offence is on premises.
Section 17 PACE Powers of Entry allow entry under what circumstances?

What is a section 18 (1) PACE search?
A constable may enter and search the premises that are occupied or controlled by a person under arrest for an indictable offence or either way offence providing they have reasonable grounds for suspecting that there is evidence relating to that offence or another indictable offence which is connected or similar to that offence.
Must be in custody!
What is a section 18 (5) PACE search?
A constable message before taking the person to a police station without obtaining an authorisation from an inspector if the presence of that person is necessary for an effective investigation
What does Section 19 (2) PACE allow us to do?
It is the power to seize property while lawfully on premises. If RGB it has been obtained in consequence of the commission of an offence. Any other offence and that it is necessary to seize in order to prevent property being at risk of Concealment, Lost, Altered, Damaged, Destroyed.
What is section 22 PACE?
Retention of seized property.
