When do we caution someone?
Whenever we suspect someone of committing an offence
What is the WHEN caution?
You don’t have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention something you later rely on in court anything you do say may be given in evidence evidence
What is the NOW caution?
You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention now something you later rely on in court anything you do say maybe given in evidence
