The person must cease drinking……
intoxicating liquor in areas that have been declared ‘restricted area of a public place’ covered by Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO). These are areas where there is likely to be any nuisance or annoyance to members of the public, or a section of the public, OR any disorder AND in either case is associated with the consumption of intoxicating liquor.
The person must cease drinking……

If a Constable reasonably believes that a person is or has been consuming alcohol in breach of a prohibition in a Public Space Protection Order in or intends to do so…
The Officer may require that person :
Not consume alcohol or reasonably believed to be alcohol in that place…
The Officer may require that person :
To surrender anything the Officer reasonably believes to be alcohol or container for such
