What is Reward Power?
A has more power over B, If A possesses resources that B needs and deliver that resource.
What is Coercive Power?
A has power over B if A can take away power from B, or if A can create cost, or A can keep resources away from B

A has power over B because B perceives that A has knowledge and/or skills.
