Works in conjunction with one another. (synergy)

It warrants a change in how you communicate with the person.

As you start interacting, power starts shifting in balance or you start to gain power.
How is power assessed?
The person who has the most resources has the most power (like older siblings, bosses)
Who has the ability to use coercive power?
Someone who has more more resources to keep or ability to take away power from you.
What is the principle of least interest?
The person who has the least interest, desire, need, want of what the other person has, has more power.
