Spine Positions: What is the difference between Lordosis, Kyphosis, & Scolliosis?
A
LORDOSIS:-
Normal - Increased anterior lumbar curve (exaggerated, sat up)
KYPHOSIS:-
Normal - Increased posterior thoracic curve (hunchback)
SCOLIOSIS:-
Abnormal!! - Lateral curving of the spine
