Renal biopsy
Hypercellularity & endothelial cells
Globular infiltrates of polymorphonuclear
leukocytes
Granular subendothelial immune deposits.

Treatment
Supportive
Control hypertension & edema
Dialysis if needed
Antibiotics: PCN G
