Breast: mastitis and engorgement 
Womb: endometritis and sepsis 
Wound: v-section and IV access sites 
Water: UTI and bowels 
Walking: DVT(Low grade pyrexia) and thrombophlebitis 
Wind: Atelectasis and pneumonia
