4th stage duh! It's postpartum foo. Anyway, assess: •vitals including pain •skin color •color and amount of lochia •perineum REEDA •IV(what, rate, evaluate site of insertion) •urinary Output:time and amount •incision? Dressing? •level of feeling and movement
