- lochia alba till 14th day (can last for 6 weeks)

when will internal Os of cervix close?
fully close after delivery
when will external Os of cervix close?
< 1cm after 1st week (think of only one more left to close)
when will vagina return to its prepregnancy state?
6 weeks
how big is external Os after delivery?
about 2-3cm

when will constipation resolve?

high, helps stimulate milk letdown. it also helped with uterine contractions during labour.
