what is the management of hypotension ?
if: hypovolaemic - fluid challenge (500ml colloid over 30mins) haemorrhage return to surgery sepsis (fluid challenge and Abx) overload (frusemide)
what are the causes of acute confusional state ? (DELIRIUM)
drugs eyes, ears deficit low 02 levels infection retention ictal (stroke, headache) under hydration or nutrition metabolic (Na, AKI, glucose, alcohol withdrawal)
