What should we always do if we need to give someone negative feedback?

Answer 1

We should always also give someone positive feedback. e.g. I can see you’ve tried hard, but we need to work on 3D shapes.

What should we do when we get negative feedback?

Answer 2

We should remind ourselves of the things we do well and then fix the problems.

What should we do when we get positive feedback?

Answer 3

We should let the person know that we’ve noticed the positive feedback. e.g. “Thank you for saying that my homework is neat.”
