How does polymorphous light eruption present?

How soon after UV exposure, and which type of UVR is associated mostly?

A
  • erythematous, itchy papules, vesilces, or plaques on sun exposed areas
  • 1-4 days after UVA exposure
  • tends to recur with sun exposure, but hardening effect is seen as summer progresses
  • always present in the same way in a single patient

A
