Conservatism values tradition and less government, while liberalism values individual freedoms and more government support.

Equal distribution of wealth and social ownership of resources.
What are the three branches of government in democracies?
Executive (carries out laws), Legislative (makes laws), and Judicial (interprets laws).
Why is separation of powers important?
It prevents one branch from having too much power.
What is the role of political parties?
To represent different views and run candidates for office.
Why are elections important?
They give citizens a way to choose their leaders.
What are checks and balances?
A system to make sure no branch of government becomes too powerful.
How can citizens influence politics?
By voting, protesting, or joining political groups.
What is the definition of anarchy?
A state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority or other controlling systems.
What does anarchy refer to in terms of societal organization?
The organization of society on the basis of voluntary cooperation, without political institutions or hierarchical government; anarchism.
