To manipulate the boundaries of (an electoral constituency) so as to favor one party or class. Redraw political districts for an unfair disadvantage. - every 10 years-census-counts population -reapportionment- redraw district based off population shifts. - less competitive elections - same party stays in power

Supranational Organization
A multinational union or association in which member countries cede authority and sovereignty on at least some internal matters to the group, 3 or more countries come together for mutual benefit. Advantages-stranger economy, stable currency, political allies, eliminate tariffs, and exchange trade. Disadvantages-lose identity, lose some sovereignty -EU-european identity
