Police Bail Without Conditions
If the only condition of police bail is the requirement to attend court at a specific place and time, the date on which the defendant is required to attend MUST NOT BE LATER THAN 14 days
Police Bail With Conditions
If conditions are imposed IN ADDITION to the requirement to attend court, the date on which the defendant is required to attend court MUST NOT BE LATER THAN 7 days
