Three quatrains followed by a rhyming couplet, follows an iambic pentameter pattern

Divided into the octave (first 8 lines) and the sestet (last 6 lines)
Ode
Address or tribute in praise of something
Elegy
Reflective poem or lament often dealing with topics such as death or mourning

Stanza of four lines with alternate rhymes
