- personal history of oestrogen-dependent cancers
- family history of oestrogen-dependent cancers
- history of PCOS

A
USS (++ thickness) –> hysteroscopy + biopsy

Reassurance on PMB counselling
A
- cancer feared most
- only 1 in 10 women have it
- plenty other causes (atrophic vaginitis most common)
