Yes nits saved in your file only. If you don’t it reloads it everytime.

How do you edit a name of a bit?

Answer 2

Double click the left side of the program. Then, change the name and press enter. Then verify the changes at the top menu by verifying the rung.

Note: top rung is the one to edit; bottom is the original after you double click the left side.
