Explain how cis-[Pt(NH3)2Cl2] interacts in our body to stop cancerous cells

1) High concentration of Cl- in plasma help the complex reach the cell intact
2) Low concentration of Cl- in the cell causes Cl- ligands to be displaced by water despite the thought of NH3 falling off due to kinetic trans effect
3) This new charged ligand with 2 water binds to negative charged DNA and binds to two Guanine base pairs which then fold the DNA and inhibit it from unwinding, therefore inhibiting replication and cell division
