What are the next steps when arriving at a platform?

1. Open door
2. Check that platform for customers exiting/entering the train, blow whistle
3. Enter train, check customers, make a door your local.
4. Step out Check pids/departure time
   check for proceed signal.
5. Close doors checking for door closures, ramp retracted.
6. Check signal before closing my local.
   Commence R.O.W procedure
