Amitriptyline 10mg at Night
What is the dose for breakthrough pain opiate?
1/6th of total daily dose
When should Rhythm control of AF be conducted? What is used?
<48 hours from onset (due to risk of thrombus)
Use - DC Cardioversion/Flecainide/Amiodarone (if structural heart defect)
