Pitching Signs Flashcards
Pitching signs what are first two things a pitcher should decide with baserunners
Decide first how many times u will look over (#1-3) then decide how many seconds u will wait before doing what catcher has signaled u to do. (#1-3). So every time think of two numbers between 1 and 3 every pitch, each pitch pick another combo of numbers, never do the same numbers back to back.
Pitching signs from catcher - a number between 1 and 5
Means after u perform your look overs and seconds to wait, u pitch that pitch to the catcher
Pitching signs from catcher- fist with thumb out and pinky out
After your number of look overs and seconds to wait, Step off move with no throw
Pitching signs from catcher - fist with just thumb out and pinky out then followed by a number
After your number of looks and seconds to wait then do a pick off throw to that number base. 1=1st 2=3rd 3=umm 3rd.
