- 6 IAP
- Holding procedures and tasks
- Intercepting and tracking courses through the use of electrical navigation systems

  • Willing to carry certain kinds of traffic is still considered holding out and is common carriage

  • Doing so, and/or not mentioning it in your next AME exam would be also be in violation of 61.59. Falsification of Application.
  • This could be cause for suspension or revocation
