Physical fitness which refers to a persons ability to deliver oxygen to working muscles including the heart itself.

Protein - tissue growth and repair, blood clotting, wound healing, prevention and infection

The more we work our bodies the the strong we become. To gradually increase frequency duration and intensity not to the point of pain
