What are the protocols for measuring each component if health-related fitness (cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition, absolute strength, dynamic strength and flexibility)?
Cardiorespiratory endurance : Maximal Treadmill Test
Submax Exercise Test : Bicycle endurance test, 1 mile walk test, step test
Maximal field test : 1.5 mile/12 min run, Maximal Schwinn Air-Dyne
Body Composition : Underwater weighing, Skinfold, Girth/Circumference, Anthropometric measurement, BMI, Waist Circumference
Flexibility : Sit & Reach test
Absolute Strength : 1 repetition max (RM) bench press
Dynamic Strength : 1 min sit-ups/curl-ups, 1 min push-ups

What does percentile ranking ( on the far left-hand side if the norm charts) mean?
It indicates what percentage of age and gender peers are above and below the individuals scores.
What are the six fitness categories ( on the far right-hand side of the norm charts)?
Superior, Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, and Very Poor
