Aerobic Endurance?
A
is when using the cardio respiratory system to oxygen to your body when exercising.
Eg: football player, they are using cardio respiratory system for 90 min without getting tired.

Muscular Endurance?
A
`using the muscle system for long period of time.
Eg: Rower, because they are using their arms against the resistance of water.

A
using maximum force that can be generated by a muscles or muscle group.
EG: weightlifter

Having a range of motion in all joints of the body. Flexibility is about having good elasticity.
EG: gymnast

Distance divided by the time take. Speed is measured in metres per second (m/s). 3 types of speed. the 3 types of speed : 1) pure speed 2) accelerative speed 3) endurance speed
