- Break up long periods of sitting
- Limit screen time (no more than 2 hours a day - in addition to school)
- Positive social interactions/experiences online

Examples of good sedentary behaviour may include..
A
30 minute blocks of sitting, do jobs at home/chores, exercise/stretch while listening to music/podcasts /shows or a movie.

How much sleep?
A
- 9-11 hours for 5-13 year olds
- 8-10 hours for 14-17 year olds
- Maintain consistent wake up and bed times

Examples of good sleeping habits may include..
A
Avoid screens for 1 hour before bed, using focuses/parental controls for notifications, turn off the internet, read before sleeping.
