Too much studying/homework to do?
A
- Take breaks in between studying to include physical activity
- Makes you more productive so try to include some before

Hurt body part e.g. legs or shoulders?
A
- Train other body parts
- Knee hurting? Train upper body.

Not enjoying current sport?
A
- Ask friends for new recommendations for different sports
- Attempt a more solo sport to see if you prefer that over team sports

Too tired/not enough sleep?
A
- Motivate yourself to do at least 10 minutes
- Most of the time you will find yourself having enough energy to do more than 10 minutes
- Something is better than nothing!!
