Fleshy, muscular tissue that extend laterally from the segments of Class Polychaeta. Equipped with many bristles used for traction.
Clitellum
Thickened, non-segmented section of the body wall near the anterior end of the earthworm. Secretes slime aiding in exchange of sperm.
Cocoon
Sac containing earthworms eggs (formed at the clitellum)
