Heterophones (also called homographs)
Have the same spelling but can be pronounced differently for different meanings

Sound the same with different meanings and may have different spellings
Phonetics
area of study that is concerned with investigating how sounds are actually produced by language users

area of study that refers to the more abstract sound system
Prosidics
the study of how speakers form sounds that are not individual phonetic sounds. Stress and intonation for example
Articulators
the vocal organs above the larynx, including the teeth, lips, tongue and hard palate, that help to form consonant sounds.
Homonym
Same spelling, same pronunciation, no matter the meaning
