- adult: 150 mg into 100 ml d5w over 10 mins
- Pedi: 5 mg / kg over 20-60 min

- ADULT: 1st dose: 300 mg iv bolus, 2nd dose is 150 mg iv bolus
- PEDI: 5 mg / kg bolus during cardiac arrest ( may repeatx2 for v-fib/ pulsless v-tach)
