1) PO on empty stomach with 240 mL plain water and wait 30 min before taking food
2) Significant: Atypical femoral fractures (prolonged use); severe bone, joint or muscle pain; upper gastrointestinal mucosa irritation; ocular
effects (e.g., iritis, uveitis), hypocalcaemia, osteonecrosis of the jaw
and external auditory canal.
* Oral: Nausea, abdominal pain and heartburn-like symptoms.
* Intravenous: Flu-like symptoms
