natural or physical persons
human beings with legal standing in a given juridical context having rights and duties
judicial persons
a position in a group, organization, or corporation with legal standing; having rights or duties similar to (but not always the same as) a natural person
three necessary persons in a record
author, writer, addressee; there could be other people but these are required
author (of the document)
the physical or juridical person(s) competent (having the authority and responsibility) to issue the document; usually the author of the act is equivalent to the author of the document, but not always

physical or juridical person to whom the document is directed
writer
physical person responsible for the tenor and articulation of the writing (the form and the text); could be the same as the author
how do we determine the author of the act?
Who was competent to accomplish the act, and in whose name did this person act? If in their own name, in what role? If in the name of another, who bears responsibility?
how do we determine the author of the document?
who was competent to issue the document? in whose name did this person issue the document? if in their own name, in what role? if in the name of another, who bears responsibility?
how do we determine the writer?
who was competent to draft the content?
how do we determine the addressee?
to whom was the act directed? to whom was the document directed?
