- Suspicious
- Tend to hold grudges
Features of schizoid personality disorder
- Emotionally cold, detached
- Don’t like contact with other people even if they are familiar
Features of dissocial personality disorder
- Unconcern for feelings of others
- Easily aggressive
- May have criminal record
Features of emotionally unstable personality disorder
- impulsive actions
- rapidly shifting moods (within minutes)
- often self-harm, have hx of suicide
Features of narcissistic personality disorder
- Strong sense of self importance
- Crave attention but not warm in return
- Take advantage of others
Features of histrionic personality disorder
- attention seeking
- exaggerated displays of emotion
- shallow, labile mood
Features of anankastic/ obsessive compulsive personality disorder
- preoccupied with order, control, detail
- rigid with routines
- sensitive to criticism
Features of anxious personality disorder
-Worry about doing new things for fear of being rejected/ failing
Features of dependent personality disorder
- Need to be given direction, cannot fend for themselves
- difficulty taking responsibility
Difference between OCD and OCPD
- OCD carry out rituals to try to dispel the threat
* OCPD usually don’t have repeated/ unwanted/ ritualistic behaviour
