A

• Individual must have a continual pattern of disregard for and violation of other occurring since age 15
•3 or more of the patterns listed below
A. Failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest
B. Deceitfulness, repeated lying, use of false identity, conning others for personal profit or pleasure
C. Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead, lack consequential thinking
D. Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights & assaults
E. Consistent irresponsibility. Indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations.
