Detachment from social relationships, restricted range of affect. Does not want relationships with other people. Often described as a “loner”
Schizoid
Pervasive pattern of social and interpersonal deficits marked by acute discomfort with close relationships, cognitive distortions, odd behaviors and ideas.
Schizotypal: “eccentric”

Believes they are special and unique and should only associate with other special, unique people
Entitled and can be exploitative of others
Narcissistic PD
Pervasive and excessive need to be taken care of, leads to clingy behavior and fears of separation
Dependent PD
May not come to see you until far along in illness
Avoidant PD
Pervasive pattern of preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and mental and interpersonal control t the expense of flexibility, openness and efficiency.
